Subscription Services and Publications
As part of Carleton’s mission to educate clients, our research department publishes free research reports, training presentations, and the research blogs that include industry news, client lending comments, or other pertinent lending developments by Carleton, it's clients and regulators. In addition, Carleton offers a regulatory subscription service, “Cost of Personal Borrowing in the United States” (“COPB”).
- The Cost of Personal Borrowing in the United States: COPB maintains a current summary of 400 different lending regulations and prima facia credit insurance throughout the United States. In addition, the service includes a consumer finance newsletter which alerts subscribers to upcoming changes in a variety of specific areas such as maximum interest rates, maximum delinquency charges, and maximum Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charges.More
- Research Articles and White Papers: Carleton publishes timely articles and in-depth research reports that provide clarity and understanding specific federal and state legislation and consumer loan computational methods used in the lending industry.
