LINNEHAN’S USA COMPUTER SYSTEMS SELECTS CARLETON TO PROVIDE LOAN ORIGINATION AND DOCUMENT DELIVERY SOFTWARE FOR THEIR AUTO DEALERS AND LENDERS

South Bend, IN, 6/6/05 — Linnehan’s USA Computer Systems announced today that it has contracted with Carleton, Inc. to incorporate Carleton’s industry leading CarletonCalcs® loan origination software as part of USA Computer Systems flagship product, “The ANSWER”. Carleton will also provide document delivery software and forms support for USA Computer Systems.

USA Computer Systems’ dealer management software enables dealerships and finance companies to successfully operate their companies from the beginning of the sales process all the way through and including all Accounting functions. Carleton’s software will ensure that all loan computations are accurate and in compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as being consistent with the institutional requirements of each utilized lender. Carleton software will also be used to electronically deliver and print all appropriate documents in both laser printing and impact printing formats, as part of the loan closing/sales delivery process.
